YOUR ITINERARY

Day 01 MARRAKECH – SKOURA – DADAES

 

Welcome to Morocco’s fourth largest imperial city. At Marrakech’s most modern airport, you’ll be fast-tracked through the airport and welcomed by your friendly host who will handle your luggage and questions before transferring you to your luxury accommodation.  Relax with Moroccan mint tea or explore the city which TripAdvisor nominated world’s best destination in 2015. In a horse drawn carriage, go back in time, before returning to your luxury accommodation to taste Moroccan hospitality and a cuisine rich in the flavors of warm aromatic spices. Accommodation: Breakfast at your hotel (drinks not included)

Day 02 DADES TODRA GORGES – MERZOUGA

After breakfast, there is a chance to take a walk through the gorge of Dades, we will then take the car and travel the road of a thousand Kasbah, through the village of Tinerhir with its Jewish quarter. A walking tour in the gorges will allow you to discover the beauty of the surrounding landscapes, before continuing your journey through the desert of Merzouga via Rissani and Erfoud. You arrive in time to leave the car and go by camel to the dunes of Erg Chebbi, to spend the night in a Berber tent in a well-equipped camp where you consume a typical Tuareg dinner, to the rhythm of drums and Berber songs. With a bit of luck, if weather conditions permit you will be able to see the Milky Way in the sky. The following day, You’ll spend the night in our Desert camp.

Day 03 EXPLORING SAHARA DESERT

After breakfast we will head to the village of Kamlia, famous for its inhabitants from black Africa and their music. This village is also famous for the festival of music and dance that takes place every year during the first week of August.

From here you will go to see the lake Dayet Srji with its pink flamingos. You will have lunch with NOMAD family where we will eat a Berber pizza than returning to the camp to relax before taking the camels for a trek into the dunes. After a camel trek of about an hour and a half you will back to your camp after watching the sunset ,you will have dinner and then you can take a walk up the big dunes of 300m to see the stars, shooting stars, and if you are lucky even the Milky Way. Truly amazing!

Day 04 MERZOUGA – OURZAZATE – MARRAKECH

.In the morning we will enjoy breakfast and the sunrise from the great dune then travel to Ouarzazate from which we go towards the famous Ait Ben Hadou, where they have filmed many movies including: LA Momia, Babel, Gladiator, and many others. The day finishes in Marrakech.
